12874, 12868A & 12868B Iola Drive Units are two houses down from the beach and Beach Club. All units are 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom, 1 bath, plus two fold out couches. Each unit has parking for a least 4 vehicles.  All units are fully furnished, with kitchen amenities, gas grill, fire pit and beach pass.  Largest unit has A/C. fenced-in yard and large porch.  Guests bring linens, toiletries, and propane.  $950* per week (plus security) Sunday - Sunday. (*4th of July week increased rate).

Weekends are available in April, May, June and September $100-$150 per night.  Winter rental is also available $400-$450 month, including water and sewer.
